ECBA ANNOUNCES FUNDRAISERS

 

     Respondents to the ECBA membership survey in January suggested raffles as a means to supplement dues income. Raffles for CASH and a free 2009 convention are the prizes for two fundraisers beginning with this mailing. Tickets to each will be sold at ECBA shows, the annual convention, on the website and with future coupons in the Keg.

 

     The "Super 50/50" will be sold in increments of $12 each ($1 per month), with half of the proceeds going to the winner, and will  be drawn at the 2009 Convention. Tickets will be sold to anyone, and you need not be present to win.

     The “Win a Free Convention” raffle is for $600 cash to defray costs of attending the 2009 Convention, and will be paid as the winner registers at the convention. Tickets will be sold in increments of $10 each. The drawing will be held at the ECBA show in March  2009, at Macungie, PA.

     Both contests will be monitored and administered by Chris Levesque, who unselfishly volunteered to accept the money by mail, keep track of entrants, and mail entrants’ tickets to their homes. To enter, players fill out a coupon at shows and the convention, print a coupon from the website, or use the coupons with this flyer. Coupons and remittance are mailed to Chris at P. O. Box 826, South Windsor, CT  06074, and she will return your ticket (s).
