They Come and They Go!!!
 
The last time I checked the Micro Can list On the Queen City Chapter Website there were 85 Cask system cans listed. Of the cans listed how many are still in production? How many have evolved to a different variant? How many have been discontinued?
 
I haven't seen the two pictured cans in over two years. The Chester’s was brewed and canned by Cottrell Br. Co.
Pawcatuck CT on a canning line supplied by Chester’s. Chester’s had an explosive flavor profile. As far as I know Cottrell has never canned it’s own products.
 
I’ve heard or read that Hurricane Amber was only produced during the Summer Months. A canning line that’s only utilized for part of the year?
 
These are two situations that have always seemed strange to me. There hasta be a story there somewhere!
